If you don't like a product, you can easily return it to us within 14 days of receipt:

It is important to us to keep our prices as low as possible and to be able to continue to offer free shipping. Therefore, the cost of the return is borne by the buyer.

 

The purchase price is usually refunded 1-2 days after receipt of the return with us. The refund will be made to the payment method used when ordering.

Determining the right bracelet length for your wrist is not always easy. Here you also have to distinguish whether it is a men's or women's bracelet.

If you also want to give the bracelet as a gift without being able to measure the recipient's wrist, it will be even more difficult.

When you hold a SERASAR bracelet in your hands for the first time, sometimes you can't immediately figure out how to open it. But this is basically quite simple:

The closure is held by two magnets. These are located inside the shutter. You can open the bracelet by sliding the clasp sideways, in the opposite direction. This loosens the connection of the magnets and the bracelet opens.

If an extra link is still attached in the bracelet, you can also remove the extra link in exactly this way. To clarify, we have another one here Infographic:

 

In some models (especially the men's bracelets), the extra link is already attached to the bracelet at the time of delivery. Without this extra link, the bracelet has the ordered length.

 

As with most jewellery, the bracelet should ideally not come into contact with water in the long term. In the long term, the color may fade, the material may become brittle and, in the worst case, the magnets in the closure may come loose.

Of course, this does not apply to splashing water, such as when washing hands or in the rain.

 

 

Service

 

If your SERASAR bracelet is still a little too tight for your wrist despite previous measurement, we recommend replacing the bracelet with the next longer length.

However, if you want to save this effort and would like to have an additional link, just contact us. We do not have these extra links for separate sale, but we are still happy to help you:

Despite all previous measurements, it may happen that the bracelet does not fit the way you would like it to.

If you gave away the bracelet, then this probability is even greater. We know this and therefore offer you to easily change the bracelet to your desired size. We would only ask you to bear the return costs yourself. We will then send you the new bracelet again free of charge.

You are then welcome to order the new bracelet in the desired length in parallel, we will refund the purchase price for the old bracelet as soon as it has arrived with us.

 

No, we do not offer individual engravings or embossing for our products. However, you can, for example, have our bracelets engraved later at a jeweler. Many of our customers have already done this successfully.

 

We make every effort to ensure that the quality of our products is always impeccable.

Nevertheless, we cannot 100% rule out the possibility of a work or material defect creeping in.
