Return or exchange products in 3 simple steps

Step 1

Prepare the packaging for your product. Ideally, you use the shipping envelope in which you originally received the product.

step 2

Enclose the delivery bill that you received with the delivery. On it are all the data we need to assign the product to you and your order.

If you want to exchange the product (different color or length), then note this on the delivery note. For example, you can write:

Pack everything and send it with any shipping service of your choice to the following address:

Upon receipt of your package, we will send you your new product or refund the purchase price.
